i skipped gym for so many days this week due to wanting to do uni work and spending time at the library. lame excuses but i went yesterday and i changed my workout pattern. My body is sore as ever and i realized, ive never pushed hard enough all these while. i’ve been putting on weight lately due to late night munching and just eating whatever i felt like eating this past 2 weeks. Talked to a friend who has lost 16 kilos. He’s quite a big guy, and his journey in weightloss is amazing and he’s still on it. He shared some tips with me so that’s why i’m slowly getting down on it. Sigh. I love eating too much =(
